OMFG i went looking for the collectors edition today at like 6 stores and i didnt find it, i was so pissed that my head practically exploded. Im gonna have to settle for the regular one, i just want that stupid blood dragon armor and that shale guy.

If you're buying it for PC, you can find the Deluxe Edition on Steam for $65.

I wanna say you can also download Shale for a small price.

I pre-orded it so I got him for free though.

I played it and it was good, I was a huge fan of NWN but for some reason I couldn't stick with this game, it just got kinda old. I grew out of the combat system I guess, it's just not fluid enough for me.

Reading the book though and it's good.

About 16 hours in, and it's a lot of what I hoped it would be. I could compare this to LoTR, if LoTR was cool. xD It's very mature, and epic, and I like that. I really really really really want to do a total conversion for this game and make it into an Icewind Dale 3.

I'm not a DnD nut but I loved those games and if they used this engine and the themes and made that, I'd be in heaven.

EDIT: I bought the regular version at Walmart on Friday and it had Shale in it. *shrugs*

I cannot WAIT for full conversions and good mods and more DLC.

I haven't found a good mod database for the game yet though.
